Reqio had a very successful 2001, with the announcement of new investments made in January and the successful release of new product lines in the summer. During the year they recruited new candidates in the key areas of systems analysis, testing, database development and software engineering.

Some of the skills required during the year included:
Visual Basic 6, Web Development (VB/Java Script, ASP, HTML, XML), SQL Server, MS Access, System Testing, and Systems Analysis.
