This service enables you to place your requirement in the hands of a sole agency. In minimising contact to a single source, it allows the client to build a strong relationship with one agency that will work closely alongside and provide ongoing consultative advice and support.

Advertising/Campaign Management

Advertising campaigns can be an efficient and effective technique for targeting specific individuals. Our consultants will plan and manage your campaign from beginning to end; from selecting media type, briefing and co-ordinating advertising agencies, preparing copy and graphics, handling response, preliminary short-listing and interviewing.

Database Search

Once we have established your specific needs, we will carry out a thorough search on our existing database. Computer Quest invests heavily in advertising to ensure it is continually replenished with skilled applicants currently looking for work. Our sophisticated software enables us to query specific technical skills, locations, salary expectations and job titles with speed and accuracy. Our consultants will then present a shortlist of suitable candidates.

Technical Screening/Interviewing

We are able to provide additional technical screening and interviewing to assist in assessing a candidates specific technical competencies and suitability. This will be agreed in advance with the client and will run alongside any assessment methods currently in place.

Account Manangement

To place a more personal and tailored emphasis on recruitment, consultants are individually assigned to specific clients. They will be responsible for managing your entire recruitment programme and put in place any measures to make the process work as efficiently as possible.
